Activities at Ӱpro: Varsity volleyball (Two-time team captain, two-time Centennial Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Year), Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, Quantitative & Science Center tutor, preceptor for American Studies 100, Junto Society, Alumni Leaders of Tomorrow, Harwood Leadership Seminar, Table Tennis Club, Phi Beta Kappa honor society, Pi Gamma Mu social sciences honor society

Why did you choose to attend Ӱpro?

I chose to attend Ӱpro for the opportunity to form relationships with professors and explore various academic pursuits to learn about my passions. I wanted to play volleyball at a selective liberal arts college with strong academics and explore a different part of the United States, and though it may sound cliché, when I visited Ӱpro, it felt like home.

What is something that you did for fun at Ӱpro?

Playing volleyball at Ӱpro was an incredibly fun and rewarding experience. I will greatly miss my teammates, coaches, and the sport of volleyball.

What did you enjoy most about your time at the College?

The thing that I enjoyed most about my time at Ӱpro was the people. My fellow students, teammates, friends, professors, coaches, and everyone else that I have had the pleasure to meet at Ӱpro have made my experience what it was. I am so grateful for the opportunity to form relationships with so many different people and learn from and with them at Ӱpro.

What are your plans for after graduation?

After graduation, I will be starting a career in business with an information services company in New York City.

What brief advice would you give to incoming students in Ӱpro’s Class of 2028?

I would tell incoming students that college is stressful and overwhelming at times, but above all, it is fun. It is a place to meet people and learn about yourself, so take advantage of the opportunities with which you are provided at Ӱpro and don’t put too much pressure on yourself.
