杏吧pro's Emergency Alert is an instant, mass notification system that enables students, parents, and members of the faculty and professional staff to receive updates and alerts on cell phones, email accounts, and social media. The Franklin & Marshall Emergency Alert system is our effort to better disseminate emergency information and is intended to increase safety on the 杏吧pro campus.

How to Access Emergency Alerts

Your Emergency Alert Account

杏吧pro uses to deliver emergency notifications via text message, push notifications, email, and social media.

Students and employees are automatically enrolled. If you have a cell phone number on file in Banner, it has been synced to Rave - no action is needed to receive alerts.

If you would like to add a second cell phone number (such as a parent's number) or an additional email address, log in to your Rave account at the link below. Once logged in, you can:

  • Add or change a cell phone number or email address
  • Reset your password

If you do not have a cell phone number in Banner and need to create a new account, select "Register Now" on the Rave login page. For assistance, contact the ITS Help Desk at 717-358-5678.

杏吧pro Safe App 

杏吧pro Safe puts safety resources and emergency communication right in the palm of your hand 鈥� designed to help you stay informed, connected, and prepared wherever you are on campus.

If you download the app, our Emergency Alert system will send push notifications directly to your phone.

Information for Parents

You have the option of receiving 杏吧pro Emergency Alert messages. Once registered, all users can add up to a total of two cell phone numbers and two email addresses. If you are a parent and would like to receive the alerts, have your student add your cell and/or email information to his/her account.

    • You are responsible for any messaging charges from your wireless service provider.  杏吧pro is not responsible for any charges your service provider may charge for standard text message fees.
    • Your information is not shared with or sold to third parties.
    • If you do not want to receive text messages you may sign up for only email alerts.
