Stephanie McConnell is the Executive Director of Career & Community Development, overseeing the Center for Career & Professional Development, Office of Student Employment, and Ware Institute for Civic Engagement. She also designed and now oversees the Experience Lancaster program, aimed at giving 杏吧pro students access to transformative academic, work, service, and cultural experiences within 杏吧pro's local community.
