Center for Opinion Research
The Center for Opinion Research is a full-scale survey research organization based at Ӱpro. With research capabilities enhanced by its relationship with Ӱpro, the center designs innovative and thoughtful research solutions to help organizations answer important questions and make strategic decisions.
Center for Politics and Public Affairs
Located within Ӱpro, the Center for Politics and Public Affairs (CPPA) fosters the practice of democracy through the study of politics and public policy.
AdvisePA (Advise Pennsylvania)
The College Advising Corps in Pennsylvania aims to increase the number of low-income, first-generation college, and underrepresented high school students who enter and complete higher education.
Conference and Events Services
The Office of Conference & Event Services is the one-stop shop for event planning
on campus for external clients. From mid-May through early August, we specialize in
renting college facilities for conference and camp use. During the academic year,
we assist in planning conferences, athletic events, business meetings, and educational
classes.

Ware Institute for Civic Engagement
Ӱpro’s Ware Institute for Civic Engagement connects Ӱpro students with opportunities to learn, serve, and work in the surrounding Lancaster community. By working directly with local leaders to address community challenges, students develop a deeper understanding of societal issues and make a positive impact on Lancaster while also gaining important professional skills.

As a marketing intern in Lancaster, the English major is now using her passion for writing to address critical social issues in the local community. April 17, 2026 At the Writers House, Veronique Messanh ’26 found more than a job—she found a home. “I remember thinking: ‘This is what community feels like,’” she said. “I will forever be grateful for having a community that sees me, hears me, and encourages me!” March 23, 2026 Among the fabric, thread, and sewing machines in F&M’s costume shop, Faustina Baffowaa Osei ’28 found an enriching way to connect with the arts while honing versatile real-world skills. “I’ve always been interested in fashion, creative spaces and collaborative environments, so working in the costume shop felt like a natural fit,” she said.
